Christopher P. Ouimet, Managing Director, Strategic Development, has over 18 years of experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining TCP Global Investment Group, Mr. Ouimet was a portfolio manager for Pitcairn Financial Group. Previously, he was a portfolio manager at Geewax, Terker & Company and an analyst with Vanguard’s Fixed Income Group.

Mr. Ouimet holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, a BS in Finance from Albright College and an MBA in Finance from St. Joseph’s University. Mr. Ouimet is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia and American Association of Individual Investors.

Mr. Ouimet is responsible for Research & Due Diligence, Portfolio Management & Client Service, as well as Monitoring & Portfolio Analytics.

TCP has established an advisory board of professionals with outstanding relationships within the industry and with TCP.

David G. Bullock is currently President of Arque Advisors, LLC.  For over 25 years, Mr. Bullock has been consulting, marketing or investing for financial services companies and has also been a fundraising consultant for hedge funds and funds of hedge funds. 

R. Radcliffe Hastings is currently a Managing Director of Maverick Partners, LP. and a partner in Radnor Investment Advisors, LP.  Mr. Hastings is a member of the Kellogg Alumni Advisory Board of Northwestern University and a member of the board of trustees of the Agnes Irwin School.

Richard D. Miles is a Managing Director of Berkshire Capital Securities, LLC, a leading investment banking firm servicing the Investment Advisory industry, and is also a member of the Board of Directors of Cameron Capital Management LLC.

Thomas A. Leonard, recently retired from his position as Senior Managing Partner of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Philadelphia Office practice. Mr. Leonard is Treasurer and an Executive Committee Member of the LaSalle University Alumni Association Board, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a past Chairman and Advisory Board Member of Hirability Inc.
